Four Leggers at the Start

Four Leggers at the start, Dana Mosell, Debbie J-R, and Charles Sayles, and Laurie Woodrow.   Dana, Debbie and Charles have all completed a marathon in each of the 50 states.  And Laurie has run a marathon in Africa.

Sedona Prep

These pictures were taken just before the start.   Charles and Dana are show with Julie Miller, an LA Legger who is also president of the Foothill Flyers Running Club.  All are using the Pacific Shoreline as a training from for the Sedona Marathon on the following Saturday.
